ASSESSMENT FEES
Assessment costs vary, as each assessment is tailored to the individual’s needs. After your initial session, we determine the most appropriate assessment tools, and you will receive a detailed, itemised quote outlining the full process and associated fees.
This ensures transparency, accuracy, and a clear understanding of the assessment pathway.
24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to high demand, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. For Monday appointments, notice must be provided before close of business on Friday. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur the full session fee, as the time cannot be offered to another client on short notice.
Please note, Medicare and Private Health rebates cannot be applied to cancellation or no-show fees. Cancellation fees must be finalised prior to future appointments.
