INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

CHILDREN (13+)

Children commonly come to us for support with:

  • Anxiety and worry

  • Emotional regulation

  • School and learning experiences

  • Confidence and self-esteem

  • Friendship challenges

  • Perfectionism

  • Adjustment to life changes

Therapy with children is gentle, flexible, and rooted in connection. We draw on brain-based, developmentally informed approaches to support emotional awareness, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. We also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support, because children grow best when the adults around them feel supported too.

ADOLESCENTS

Adolescence can feel like a whirlwind —emotions, identity shifts, social pressures, and the expectation to “figure things out.” Our work with young people offers a steady, safe space to unpack what’s happening beneath the surface. Therapy supports teens to understand their inner world, build emotional tools, develop self-trust, and navigate life with greater ease and confidence.

We support adolescents with:

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Emotional regulation and mood changes

  • Body image and self-compassion

  • Family conflict or transitions

  • Relationship and friendship difficulties

  • Self-esteem, identity exploration, and personal growth

  • School stress, academic pressure, and perfectionism

  • Eating challenges

  • Neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD)

  • Sensory difficulties

  • Navigating gender and sexuality

  • Trauma and difficult experiences

Therapy is for anyone — whether you’re navigating something big, feeling a little lost, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. Working with adults, we offer a warm, grounded space to explore your experiences, process patterns, and develop tools that support a more connected, fulfilling life.
Therapy can be a powerful way to maintain emotional wellbeing, reconnect with yourself, or find clarity during times of transition or uncertainty.
